M21 Rookie Premiere
Posted on June 11 2021
This year's Rookie Premiere Program has been revealed by EA and will go live in Madden Ultimate Team on Friday, June 11th. If you've played in previous years, this version of Rookie Premiere is a bit different, so you may want to read this article closely.
Overview
Earn Rookie Premiere M21 collectibles to complete the NAT 99 OVR Rookie Premiere Sets. Each set will give you a single Collectible in M22 which can be traded for a high OVR M22 Rookie Premiere player. Earning all 10 can get you up to 4 players.
What's Different?
- M22 Rookie Premiere Players will not dynamically update throughout the season, but they will start the year with much higher OVRs. This should allow all 10 players to see the field instead of only 1 or 2 ever really being viable playing options throughout the year.
- M22 Rookie Premiere Players can immediately be Quicksold for Training Points or Auctioned for Coins (depending on the rewards you select). No more waiting until February before you can turn them into Training or Coins!
- M21 Master Sets will not pick your M22 Rookie Premiere Players like years past. You earn M22 Collectibles that you will use later when M22 releases.
Players
The following players are all 99 OVR and can only be acquired by completing their respective Set:
- Alijah Vera-Tucker (LG)
- Christian Barmore (DT)
- Ja’Marr Chase (WR)
- Jaelan Phillips (LOLB)
- Jaycee Horn (CB)
- Kyle Pitts (TE)
- Micah Parsons (MLB)
- Najee Harris (HB)
- Trevon Moehrig (FS)
- Trevor Lawrence (QB)
