Madden 21 Superstar X-Factor: DBs and LBs

The remaining X-Factors in Madden NFL 21 on the defensive side of the football are here. EA has unveiled the defensive backs and remaining linebackers. Two new X-Factors are making their debut in Madden NFL 21 with Avalanche and Bottleneck. Avalanche will assist heavy hitters with forcing fumbles on hit-stick tackles, while Bottleneck helps physical cornerbacks win the Man Press battle at the line of scrimmage.

In addition to today's X-Factor players, EA has also added Von Miller to the database with the Fearmonger X-Factor. 

Zone- This is the X-Factor ability that each player gets once unlocked by completing Trigger requirements

Trigger- Achieve this requirement to activate the X-Factor ability

Knockout- Once an X-Factor player enters the zone, this is the requirement for deactivating its effect

Avalanche

Zone: Downhill hit-sticks force fumbles.

Trigger: Three hit-stick tackles

Knockout: 30 offensive yards allowed

Reinforcement

Zone: Higher chance to defeat run blocks and disrupt catches.

Trigger: Two tackles for loss, or two incompletions

Knockout: 20 offensive yards allowed

Zone Hawk

Zone: More interceptions in zone coverage.

Trigger: Two forced incompletions

Knockout: 30 offensive yards allowed

Shutdown

Zone: Tighter coverage and more interceptions on contested catches.

Trigger: Two forced incompletions

Knockout: 30 offensive yards allowed

Bottleneck

Zone: Dominantly win man press attempts.

Trigger: Two forced incompletions

Knockout: 30 offensive yards allowed
