Team of the Week 8

Week 8 of the NFL season is in the books and that means it's time for Team of the Week in Madden Ultimate Team 22. Our headliners for TOTW 8 are LTD Dee Ford, Player of the Week Adrian Phillips, and Legendary Champions Reggie Wayne and John Abraham. Adrian Phillips is our Player of the Week after a big game against his former team that saw him record 3 tackles, 2 interceptions, and one touchdown that gave the Patriots the lead in the 4th quarter. New England would never relinquish the lead and eventually go on to beat the Chargers 27-24.

Dee Ford is the LTD this week for his 5 tackles, 3 sacks, and 2 forced fumbles against the division-rival Broncos back in 2018. When Ford's Power Up is fully upgraded, he is the first player in MUT 22 that can equip the Edge Threat Elite Ability. Reggie Wayne is the Week 8 Offensive Champion for his game in 2006, also against the Broncos, where he hauled in 10 catches for 138 yards and 3 touchdowns. Our Defensive Champion is John Abraham in honor of his game against the Saints in 2001 when he logged 5 tackles, 3 tackles for loss, and 4 sacks.
