Reggie Nelson played a total of 12 seasons in the NFL during his runs with the Jaguars, Bengals, and Radiers. Nelson is a Zone SS with 94 SPD, 94 ACC, 95 ZCV, and 92 MCV ratings on his LTD and fully-upgraded Power Up items. If you happen to be running one of Nelson's Theme Teams and use the "In The Zone" +SPD boost Strategy Items, it's possible to get 98 SPD on Nelson.
